The IT revolutions change the economic behaviour until the microeconomic level. Taking into consideration the effects of the Internet and the electronic markets, new customers and new products based on information and knowledge, the structure of organizations was redefined, the management gone to decentralization, and the human resource become more educated and the minimum basic knowledge of using computers and a foreign languages becomes an advantage in the flexible and instable labour market.
