The monetary policy decision, as any other decision, is the product of a procedure assembling a lot of primary information, but also what type of other ingredients contribute finally to a certain monetary policy decision. These ingredients refer sometimes to some imponderables factors, belonging mainly to the decision making people, individually, and steaming out from their professional education, practical experience, professional passion, dedication, own perception of the economic realities. Thus, monetary policy decision-making process and the decision itself appear to be a happy mixture between art and science, between theory and intuition.
