In the current framework outlined by Eurozone crisis effects, by the high level of debt service starting next year and by the Romanian banking system outlook, our country needs actions and solutions at national level, resorting firstly to domestic resources and to our intellectual ability, solutions which should prove sustainable and rigorous and which should strengthen our domestic and international situation. Surely, we are interested in Eurozone’s and Euro’s stability, but to be able to benefit on medium and long term from them, being in the same time in a growing meaningful position, we need to become economically strong and to demonstrate the capacity of solving, primarily ourselves, the problems from our own backyard. There are at least three directions where reforms haven’t been completed in these three years and which could make possible a new expression of the financial crisis. The first refers to financial stability and the way in which it can be restored, the second to nature of cooperation at international level, and the last direction refers to central banks’ role in economy.
