Perhaps more than ever in the already long making of the European integration there have not been on the policy makers table, in the lot of challenges the actors business have to cope with and in the set of concerns of the European citizens, so many topics which must be immediately addressed with sustainable solutions. The signs of crisis become more obvious, a crisis that seems to have installed itself at the level of solidarity, fundamental principle of integrationist construction, whose effect is paralysis at the level of decision making and action. What becomes increasingly clear is that we cannot afford to lose time and opportunities for effective cooperation nor to waste time to raise accusations against some Member States or EU bodies. It must be urgently identified what can be done both separately, but also together, for the synergy boost necessary for the organization.
