The process of adhesion to the European structures imposes a certain direction to the capital markets and by this to the economic development. The forecasts performed by the European Institute in Romania in 2002 came true, meaning that the opening of the capital account in Romania represented a necessary phenomenon, which once put into practice needed to make us extremely vigilant with respect to any inflow of foreign capital by means of the stock exchange. Our country has an exceptional potential regarding the development possibilities in numerous activity fields.
