A comparative study about different organization culture in organizations of property types: mixed, public and private. The authors had the objective to identify the major influence factors on organization culture and cultural climate of Romanian companies in pre-adhesion process to European Union.
Analysis is based both on direct observations of organization culture and social climate and both an interview to employees of each organization and the collected dates in official acts. Time horizon was 2003-2006.
