Society is a component element of Popper’s third world, i.e., of the world formed by objectivizing the content of thoughts (ideas, theories, desirability, etc.), objectivation achieved mostly by social action. This means that the social “objects” (i.e., economic) appear, become and disappear only by social action. One may say that the social ontology is, simply, the effect of the social praxeology.

The focus of the present paper is on the importance that the chance to education has for those people who forced by the war in their home country (e.g., Syria and Iraq) have to relocate themselves and adapt to a foreign culture, the culture of the adoptive country (Romania). In some cases, taking this opportunity to be enrolled in official educational programmes may help the refugee integrate deeper and faster.

In recent years, the image and role of women entrepreneurs have received important facets, with significant results on the development of new jobs and also with aspects on renewed business approaches. In the same time it is important for policy makers to have separate information concerning the dichotomy between the human genders, both for employers and self-employed.

Private actors have long embraced behavioural economics as a way to boost sales and profits, yet, until recently, the line of study had not been endowed with a front row seat in the hall of economic policy development. This year’s recipient of the Nobel Prize for Economics, Richard H. Thaler, increases the proportion of behavioural economists upon whom the prestigious award has been bestowed to 6%.
