The sustainable development and, also, the regional development are the last development concepts of the final years of the II-nd millenium. Despite the differences between the time apparition of the two concepts, it is obvious that, the humanity future depends of the development – sustainable and regional – and, moreover, of its implementation speed. This is, in our opinion, the most important action to be done by the actual generations.
