In a globalizing world, defined by fierce, ever increasing competition, the relocation of services became not simply necessary, but vital for companies and imperative for further fostering their competitiveness. It also became possible, due to the unprecedented progress of the ITC technologies in the last few decades. As Romania is now one of the potential destinations had in view by the foreign companies that want to relocate services to more attractive places in terms of costs, human resources and general business environment, this paper tries to assess its attractiveness from all these points of view.
