Bucharest, the most important city of Romania with almost 2,5 millions of citizen and 800.000 cars, represent not only the Romanian capitale but the most pollutant city due to the road traffic. In that ideea, to reduce the pollution levels and to optimize the traffic flows represents very actual demands. Despite the solutions and the economic model proposed below, the solutions can be adopted only with political agreement of the local authorities.
